If you squint your eyes a little, it would look like I took this picture with Nikon SLR 6573546541.

For about 2 hours or so we were staring at this flower.

Its so mesmerising.

I am joking but it will be pretty funny if we were really staring at the flower for 2 hours.

Synopsis:

From director Roger Michell ("Notting Hill," "Venus"), producer J.J.Abrams ("Felicity," "Alias," "Lost," "Star Trek"), and writer Aline Brosh McKenna ("The Devil Wears Prada," "27 Dresses"), comes "Morning Glory," a new romantic comedy set in the hilarious and dysfunctional world of morning television. Rachel McAdams, Harrison Ford and Diane Keaton star along with Patrick Wilson and Jeff Goldblum.

When hard-working TV producer Becky Fuller (McAdams) is fired from a local news program, her career begins to look as bleak as her hapless love life. Stumbling into a job at "Daybreak" (the last-place national morning news show), Becky decides to revitalize the show by bringing on legendary TV anchor Mike Pomeroy (Ford). Unfortunately, Pomeroy refuses to cover morning show staples like celebrity gossip, weather, fashion and crafts – let alone work with his new co-host, Colleen Peck (Keaton), a former beauty queen and longtime morning show personality who is more than happy covering morning "news." As Mike and Colleen clash, first behind the scenes and then on the air, Becky's blossoming love affair with fellow producer, Adam Bennett (Wilson) begins to unravel – and soon Becky is struggling to save her relationship, her reputation, her job and ultimately, the show itself.

" I was Indiana Jones! "

Harrison ford did a great job acting as a grumpy old man. His portrayal of the character was so real that it makes you wonder whether he acted this way in real life. I mean he was so much pain in the ass that you just want to plug something up his.

" Hell to the no! "

Rachel McAdams, she did great too but somehow over shadowed by Anne Hathaway in this kind of character. Actually, I didn't know who she was until I wiki-ed her. She was in " Sherlock Holmes ", " Mean girls " and " The hot chick ". She turned down the offer to be cast as the lead in " Devil's wears prada " ( siao one ).

"Tee hee!"

Diane Keaton, I love her character so much! I like aunties who are crazy enough to do crazy stuff. She god damn kissed a frog and sumo-ed someone on the street.

"What? Again?"

Jeff Goldblum was being Jeff Goldblum. I don't know, its just that all his characters are so similar. I guess you can say he is good at it.

Patrick Wilson, ha! Bet you didn't know who he was! He was the owl guy in the " Watchmen " ( aka Watchbluemen ). I especially like his bewildered expression when he realise he is dating a workaholic.

" Haven't you heard? Britney can dance! "

The humours are not over the top funny but it works and it works really well. To me, the supporting characters are the real stars here, they are so quirky and fun to watch. Even though how everything works out in the movie are predictable, its still very heart warming and makes you leave the theater with a smile.

Knowing that its the same screenwriter of " Devil's wears prada " its kind of expected to find resemblance between the two movies. From job hunting to dealing with crazed colleagues or boss, its all so prada-ish. Ok, that is if you watched " Devil's wears prada " if not you will certainly enjoy the movie through and through ( I enjoyed it ).

PS: When I was seacrhing for the movie poster, I found this.
